GE Capital UK, London, United Kingdom Mr. Arora is currently working as Interim Executive at GE Capital. He has worked as Interim CISO for Capital UK business to manage and deliver on Information Security and Risk Management aspects for the new online bank, GE Capital Direct, prior to go-live to meet Financial Services Authority (FSA) and Federal Reserve (FED) requirements. Currently, he is leading security transformation programmes at GE Capital EMEA to drive information security maturity across EMEA businesses. He has 12 years of experience in Information Security and Risk Management working within Financial Services, Manufacturing, Logistics, Technology and R&D. In his previous roles, he has been responsible for defining and executing information security strategy for the respective business areas that included conducting strategic review of the security function to assess their maturity, preparing business cases to secure funding for security improvement programmes to address identified gaps, presenting business cases, negotiating with senior stakeholders and managing these improvement programmes.
